REGO Rapid Recovery by SiS is a vegan recovery drink that combines carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, and minerals in a single drink to be consumed immediately after exercise. Each 50-gram serving provides 21 grams of soy protein and 22 grams of carbohydrates from maltodextrin.

Its high-quality soy protein offers a complete amino acid profile, enriched with 2.5 g of L-leucine, and helps build and maintain muscle mass. Carbohydrates help restore normal muscle function after very intense or prolonged exercise. Enriched with vitamins and minerals, it provides, in particular, vitamin C, which supports the normal functioning of the immune system, and vitamin B6, which helps reduce fatigue.

Suitable for vegans and people with lactose intolerance, it mixes easily with water to create a creamy texture. Simply add 50 g of powder—two full scoops—to 500 ml of cold water and shake. Best consumed 30 to 60 minutes after exercise.
