1. Scope of application

This refund policy applies to all orders placed on the Swiss Top Services SA website (sts-store.ch). Swiss Top Services SAsts.ch)for deliveries in Switzerland.

Its purpose is to define the conditions under which a customer may return a product and obtain a refund, in accordance with our commercial policy.

2. No legal right of withdrawal

Under Swiss law, there is no mandatory right of withdrawal for distance purchases.

However, Swiss Top Services SA gives its customers the option of returning products purchased online within period of 14 days from the date of receipt, subject to the following conditions.

3. Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund :

  • The product must not been used.

  • The product must be returned in its original packagingin perfect condition.

  • The customer must enclose proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

  • The return must be made within 30 days of receiving the package.

4. Non-refundable products

The following are not eligible for reimbursement:

  • Customized or made-to-measure products

  • Sealed products opened for reasons of hygiene or health protection

  • Digital services already started or delivered

5. Return procedure

  1. The customer contacts our customer service department at sts to report their return request.

  2. We will confirm the return instructions and the return address by e-mail.

  3. The customer returns the product at his own expense, with registered tracking.

  4. After receipt and inspection, we confirm acceptance or refusal of the refund.

6. Refund

If the return is accepted, the refund will be made within 7 working days from receipt of the product, according to the original method of payment.

The initial shipping costs will not be refunded, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

7. Defective products or ordering error

If the product is damaged or does not conform to the order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting supporting photos.

In this case, the return shipping costs are at our expense, and a replacement or a full refund will be offered.
