The founder
STS , formerly "Service Top Santé" and now Swiss Top Services , was founded by Pascal Guzzo in 1999. Pascal started bodybuilding at the age of 15, alongside boxing. He then went on to compete in bodybuilding, where he took part in the Swiss championship. Passionate about sport and the human body. He studied physiotherapy in Belgium for 4 years, including 2 years of medicine. He then worked for the Renens Dino physiotherapy practice, where all the greatest athletes go.
Pascal's expertise in nutrition meant that he was in charge of the nutritional plans for all the athletes - footballers, hockey players, etc. At the same time, he was in charge of the Lausanne field hockey team, the LHC, and the FC Lausanne sport team.
With the LHC, he quickly established a privileged position with the players, as he himself was a sportsman and a competitor like them. That year, they won the championship and moved up to the Super League. In parallel with his physiotherapy studies, he set the European junior record in power lifting.
The launch
In making all these dietary plans for top-level athletes. Pascal realized that athletes were eating poorly. As a result, they were regularly falling ill and injuring themselves at the end of the season.
In view of the athletes' difficulty in eating properly. Pascal began introducing protein powder to be taken with meals and after training. This would enable them to recover better during the championship.
The athletes soon suffered fewer injuries, became less ill and recovered better. In view of the success, local practices soon began asking Pascal to supply them with these nutritional supplements for their patients.
Pascal then contacted Optimum Nutrition to import the famousGold Standard whey , which is still the world's number 1 protein.
Due to the high demand, Pascal had to put aside his work as a physiotherapist. At the same time, however, he began lecturing in biomechanics at Lausanne University.
STS has legalized whey in Switzerland!
Unfortunately, Whey was not legal in Switzerland. Undeterred, Pascal applied to the Swiss Federal Council to legalize the marketing ofOptimum Nutrition's Whey Gold.
A few months later, the Swiss authorities gave the go-ahead for STS to market Whey Gold in Switzerland, and protein powder in general.
"The Challenge" +15,000 French-speaking Switzerland transformed
In 1998 Pascal launched the "CHALLENGE", the principle of which was simple: STS guides you to reach your physical goal in 6 months. To do this, Pascal wrote a book that explained how to reach your goal and simply achieve your physical transformation.
The challenge was based solely on scientific data, the expertise of a physiotherapist and Pascal's 15 years of high-level bodybuilding practice.
The challenge made STS explode, as all the gyms in the Lausanne area became "Challenge Partners", i.e. they used the challenge method to support their clients, and even today, coaches still use it.
STS published the first version of the challenge in 1998, and it was a huge success. Thanks to this guide, STS was able to help over 15,000 people in French-speaking Switzerland and German-speaking Switzerland transform their lives.

In the 2000s, STS began working with Manor and pharmacies, notably the Sun Store chain, on the strength of the quality of STS products.
