Terms and conditions of sale
1. Scope of application
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the business relationship between Swiss Top Services SASTS), Bussigny and its customers (the customer), unless otherwise agreed. All orders and deliveries are based exclusively on these terms and conditions. They are accepted by the customer at the time the order is placed, i.e. the moment the customer clicks on the corresponding button on the Internet.
2. Delivery
We deliver only in Switzerland and Liechtenstein to the address chosen by the customer. The choice of carrier is the responsibility of sts. Items ordered will be delivered within 1-3 working days from the date of order registration and receipt of payment. STS will pay the shipping costs for orders of CHF 50.00 or more for Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Below this amount, shipping costs amount to CHF 4.50 per order. In the event of supplier delays, STS reserves the right to deliver the goods at a later date and/or only part of the goods ordered. Undelivered items will be delivered as soon as they arrive at the STS logistics center.
3. Claims
Upon receipt of the package, the customer must immediately check its contents. In the event of defective items or items that do not comply with the order, the customer has a right of complaint within two (2) days of receipt of the goods. The customer must notify STS email atsts. If STS that the item ordered is defective, STS for the goods to be returned, accompanied by the invoice or delivery note, in their original packaging. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. STS then STS with a free exchange (including shipping costs). No refunds will be made in cash. In the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions, sts reserves the right to refuse the exchange. When STS liable, the delivery costs will be covered by sts upon presentation of proof of purchase.
4. Awards
The minimum order value is CHF 30 excluding VAT. The prices of products and services invoiced to the customer are those displayed when the order is placed. Items ordered on the website are subject to Swiss VAT (2.6% for traditional foods, supplements and dietary supplements, 8.1% for accessories and delivery charges). STS reserves the right to modify the prices mentioned on its website at any time.
5. Privacy
Orders are payable in advance by Twint, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or invoice via SwissBilling. Only credit cards bearing the VISA or MASTERCARD symbol, issued in Switzerland or within approved international networks, are accepted.
6. Warranty and liability
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, STS s warranty extends, in accordance with the supplier's warranty, from the date of delivery to all defects appearing during the agreed warranty period, provided it can be demonstrated that they are the result of faulty manufacture or material. However, STS 's liability is limited, at its option, to the replacement of defective goods or compensation for the value of items not replaced.
7. Reservation of ownership
The goods delivered remain the property of STS until full payment has been received.
8. Customer data protection
STS does not pass on any personal data to third parties, with the exception of data necessary for the proper execution of the order (e.g. transmission of data to the carrier). All data is treated with the strictest confidentiality. STS reserves the right to use information on purchasing behavior in anonymous form for marketing purposes.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all matters handled by sts is Lausanne. Any disputes arising between STS and the customer in connection with the sales contract are subject to Swiss law.
