REGO Clear Recovery by SiS is a light and refreshing recovery drink made with clear whey . Each serving combines 20 g of clear whey e isolate protein and 21 g of carbohydrates—with only 1.5 g of sugar—to help replenish and repair the body after exercise.

Its formula is based on a 1:1 ratio of protein to carbohydrates. Carbohydrates help restore normal muscle function after very intense or prolonged exercise, while protein helps build and maintain muscle mass. The whey naturally contains leucine, an essential amino acid.
