During exercise, at regular intervals: depending on the flavor, 1 packet every 20 minutes or 1 to 3 packets per hour, always with water. Some flavors can also be taken right before exercise.

Why should you take it with water?

Drinking water at the same time helps your body absorb carbohydrates and promotes digestive comfort. Concentrated gels are meant to be consumed with a little water, not on their own.

Who should avoid caffeinated beverages?

They are not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you're sensitive to caffeine or work out in the evening, choose a caffeine-free flavor.

How many gels can I take per day?

It depends on the flavor and the intensity of your workout: 1 to 3 packets per hour of exercise for the decaffeinated versions. Follow the instructions on each packet, especially for the caffeinated versions.
