How do you prepare it?

Mix 33 g of powder (about 1½ scoops, as provided) with 500 ml of water. One box makes up to 9 liters of drink.

When and how much should you drink?

Drink as much as you need, about 150 to 200 ml every 15 minutes during exercise. In Switzerland, the recommendation is a maximum of 1 serving per day.

How is it different from the Iso Fuel 30?

Iso Active focuses on hydration and the 5 electrolytes in a 2:1 ratio, while Iso Fuel 30 has a higher carbohydrate concentration (1:0.8 ratio) and is designed to provide maximum energy. Iso Active is more about “hydration,” while Iso Fuel is more about “energy.”

Is it suitable for vegans?

Yes, the formula is vegan. Please note, however, that the product may contain traces of eggs, soy, and milk due to the manufacturing process.
