Amino X contains the branched-chain amino acids isoleucine, leucine and valine, part of the 8 essential amino acids known as BCAAs.

Compared to other amino acids, BCAA's are metabolized in muscle tissue and not in the liver.

In the muscles, BCAA's serve as an energy substrate during exercise and as a precursor for the synthesis of proteins or other amino acids.

They prevent muscle wasting.

To complete its formula, Amino x contains other amino acids such as alanine, arginine and taurine, as well as vitamin D and vitamin B6.
